a) Choice of products
Browse through the products on sale------Choose the product

(color and quantity).

b) Make Order
Customers can make orders by filling in the ORDER FORM

(scroll down) with the product code, color and the quantity

of purchase.
An order status email will be sending to you as soon as possible.

c) Processing of orders
We will try our best to process your order within the shortest

duration possible. Processing of orders will involve checking

whether the details provided is complete and the availability of

stock. If there are any doubts, the sales consultant will contact you

to confirm the order details.

2. Method of payment

Kindly note the following:
a) kindly proceeds with payment within 3 days after invoice

are issued, failing in which the order will be canceled.

b) We are using MAYBANK, RHB, and BANK ISLAM. Account details

are sated clearly in the invoice.

c) Kindly email or contact our sales consultant through “yahoo”

on date, time, bank name and amount of payment to allow

for verification.

d) Kindly retain receipt of deposit in case verification of payment

is required.

e) You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer,

online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash

deposit machine.

**IMPORTANT: Do notify me IMMEDIATELY after you have banked in, and do let me know the amount! Many thanks! ;)

3. Delivery

Once payment is made, your goods will be post out within 3 days and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

a)West Malaysia RM8 (3kg and below) (Additional 1kg RM1.50) *For town areas only

**West Malaysia Outskirts ~ RM8 for 1st kg. Additional 1kg RM4 (Courier Service)

b)East Malaysia RM12 per kg

*Purchase of RM180 and above (the total after discount), postage discount of RM5.

c)Normal domestic parcel (Post Malaysia) can be arranged for outskirts and oversea delivery as it's much cheaper.

d)Please contact us for the international postage rate.

Aley Motorsports is delivery through courier services. (Goods delivered within 1 to 2 working days) & can arrange for Self Pick-Up Service.

4. Guidelines to return/exchange of goods purchased

Because this transaction is done online, our company does careful inspection to goods orders before delivery. Therefore, our company temporarily does not accept return/exchange of goods purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

a) Prices are FIXED only few item can (NEGO) – as per picture

b) Items are sold at a first come first serve basis.

c) All items are secured, and only reserved, after payment is made. (ALL First Come First Serve!) Reservation can only be made for a maximum period of 1 days, to avoid frustration.

d) Only serious buyers. No backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you're not interested in the item anymore. Backed out buyer without notice will be blacklisted and are not allowed to order anymore in the future.

e) Kindly keep receipt of payment after each of transaction.

f) Note on quality
The spare part & accessories in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography. We do not guarantee that the spare part & accessories shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual spare part & accessories, as stressed in our website.
